Getting Started

What is the first step?

The journey begins with The Diagnostic Experience — advanced labs plus a one-hour provider consultation. You’ll leave with clarity on your results and a personalized care pathway. You purchase your Diagnostic Experience and begin with the symptom assessment. Your lab order will be sent via electronic medical record. After labs are resulted, you will meet with your provider.

What is The Data Set?

The Data Set is a lab panel with a clear interpretation sent electronically. It’s perfect if you want insights without committing to a full program yet.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed. You can book directly with us, whether for The Data Set, The Diagnostic Experience, or a 12-week program.

Can I start virtually?

Yes. We offer telehealth visits, electronic intake, and secure messaging. You can complete most of your care virtually, with optional in-person appointments as needed.

Programs & Services

How long are the programs?

Programs run 12 weeks and are offered in three tiers, ranging from foundational to concierge-level care, personalized to your budget, labs, and goals.

What do the programs include?

Each program includes labs, provider visits, structured follow-ups, supplements or medications, and education tools. Options vary by tier — from basics to concierge access with messaging, injections, and more support.

How much do programs cost?

Programs range from $997–$4,497. Most patients invest about $1,897. Costs are reviewed at your Diagnostic Experience so you can choose the tier that fits your needs.

Are the programs personalized?

Yes. All programs are based on your lab results, health history, and goals. We use precision medicine to ensure care is tailored, structured, and measurable.

Insurance & Payment

Do you take insurance?

Mental health services are medically necessary treatments and can be billed to insurance. Wellness services are health optimization and cannot be billed to insurance.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Yes. Many patients use HSA or FSA accounts for services, labs, and supplements. We’ll provide documentation for reimbursement, but always confirm with your plan administrator.

Why don’t you bill insurance directly?

 Insurance limits time and services, often leading to rushed visits and incomplete care. By staying independent, we can provide thorough evaluations, advanced labs, and personalized programs without restrictions or surprise denials.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer patient financing via Cherry.

Medication & Treatments

What medications do you prescribe?

Depending on your needs, we may prescribe GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide), bioidentical hormones (testosterone, estradiol, progesterone), thyroid support, or metabolic treatments. All prescriptions are based on labs and tailored to your goals.

Do you prescribe weight loss shots?

Yes. We prescribe GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide among others, as clinically appropriate. These are always combined with labs, body composition analysis, and structured follow-up to ensure safe, lasting results.

Can men benefit from hormone programs?

Absolutely. Men also experience hormone decline with aging. Our programs help improve energy, focus, libido, and metabolism — restoring confidence and quality of life.

Do you offer supplements?

Yes. We recommend pharmaceutical-grade supplements available in office and via online auto-refill.

Where are you located?

Our office is at 950 N Main St, Suite 205, Keller, TX 76248. We also serve patients virtually across Texas, Washington, and coming soon Arkansas!

How do I contact your office?

How often will I see my provider?

That depends on your program tier. Most patients have 2 provider visits during their 12-week program. The Concierge tier includes unlimited messaging on the secure portal M-F and optional monthly visits.

Do you offer concierge access?

Yes. Our concierge tier includes: priority scheduling, unlimited messaging, B12 injections, and additional benefits designed for patients who want the highest level of access.
